Is this a replacement for therapy?

No. Unwindly is a self-help tool that uses techniques inspired by CBT, but it's not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you're struggling, please reach out to a therapist or counselor.

What's included in the free trial?

Is my data really private?

Yes. All journal data stays on your device. We don't have servers storing your entries. If you enable sync, your data is end-to-end encrypted - we couldn't read it even if we wanted to.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your journal entries stay on your device forever — they're yours regardless of subscription status. You can always export your data in JSON or CSV format, even after cancelling. You never lose your entries.
